The Crisis collection owes its name to the first crisis Piet experienced as an established company and which lasted from 2001 until 2002. It turned out to be an insignificant one and, like many others, his company wasn’t affected. So they bought a computer-operated milling cutter. The first products they made with this machine became known as the Crisis furniture range. Created with affordable plywood sheets this series was an affordable option for furniture to those affected by the crisis.
