But what if the planets were nothing more than soap bubbles that have remained intact as they travel through time? Armed with his astronomer’s telescope that let him observe their every movement, Yuji has transformed them into objects floating in a weightless world.

Yuji Okitsu was born in Tokyo in 1983 and spent his youth in Senri New Town, Osaka. He obtained a master's degree in architecture from Tokyo Denki University in 2009. In 2011, he embarked on his journey as a freelance architect, embracing a limitless and interdisciplinary approach to his work. His creativity transcends mere form, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding space. He once stated, "I dedicate myself to capturing the essence of everyday life's moments and infusing them into my designs."

DCW Editions is a French design brand established by Philippe Cazer and Frédéric Winkler. They specialize in carefully reviving selected design classics from the previous century, with a particular focus on French designs.
