The Fresnel divides and scatters light through the hills and valleys of low-resolution 3D printing. As if ripples in water, the concentric design sees glittering bands pulsate outwards from a central, steel droplet.

Hot ribbons of recycled plastic build the lens slowly, layer by layer. Sourced from rooftop windows, safety glasses, and industrial chocolate moulds, this unlikely source material gifts durability and glasslike transparency to the Fresnel. With an all-round lighting effect, there is truly no incorrect angle from which to view the lamp. Due to its recycled nature, the plastic Fresnel shell may take on a subtle warm or grey tint.

The central steel ball makes the lamp easy to guide. The wall model is an addition on the first Fresnel design; the pendant model. The Fresnel wall is available in three sizes. Small Ø36cm, medium Ø52cm and large Ø68cm.

LED 46W / 4600 lm and dimmable with a wall switch 0-10V.
