Studio Rens, Founded in 2008 by Renee Mennen and Stefanie van Keijsteren, is known for their applied investigation of colours and material. From their studio in Eindhoven, they question and redefine established systems in design, architecture, and industry. Their practice is both analytical, intuitive and structured yet playful.

Studio RENS Glass Ensemble Collection is a series of handcrafted wall sculptures. Launched in 2020, this collection exemplifies the studio’s commitment to material exploration and vibrant design.

The Glass Ensemble XL features multiple layers of transparent, coloured glass sheets, meticulously selected for their hue and texture. These layers are suspended using a simple brass system, allowing light to interact with the surfaces and create dynamic reflections and shadows on the wall. Each piece is unique, showcasing subtle irregularities that enhance its character.
